By accessing or using Sisserou Local Sharing ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not transfer content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, contains malware, or is otherwise illegal. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to send or receive.
3. No File Storage
Sisserou does not store transferred files. Sharing codes and links are ephemeral and expire when the session ends.
4. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and software belong to Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd. You retain all rights to the files you transfer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
